He added that the HEPRR project presented an unprecedented opportunity to lay the foundation for a more resilient and responsive health system in Eastern and Southern Africa. He took the opportunity to thank the World Bank and other strategic partners such as IGAD, ECSA and US-CDC, noting that, with their support, Africa is better equipped to tackle health crises and protect communities.The CEO of Kenya BioVax Institute Limited underscored the importance of partnerships in the success of this noble project.
