While making the remarks on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary, Dr. Lusiola spoke on the need for integrated approaches using innovative technologies to manage global health challenges.<\/p><p>\u201cGenomics medicine is revolutionizing health care by offering prompt and accurate diagnosis, identifying a patient\u2019s risk based on their genes, and providing personalized treatments\u201d, he stated.<\/p><p>As part of its strategic goals, the The Ministry of Health, through the Kenya BioVax Institute Limited and Kenya Medical Research Institute, is establishing a regional hub for innovation, research, development, and commercialization of health products and technologies, including the application of genomics in human
